I am a HUGE animal lover and I own a rabbit myself. We have had a few pet rats and gerbils pass away and it never gets any easier. You just have to remind yourself of what a great life you have given them and how much they were loved. Hang in there sweetie…it will get better (although it’s hard to fathom right now).
