I had to skip over your review of Mockingjay since I've only just read The Hunger Games. Hopefully I'll get to the two remaining books sometime next month. It sounds like you had a nice time in Scarborough. I loved the photos! Someday perhaps I will be able to visit.

That sounds like a lovely time and you had such nice weather in Scarborough when usually just someone thinking about going there is enough to bring on the rain. I had no idea there was a castle there. I might be a bit of an oddity, but I like the mix of super ruined castles with just a few restored or complete castles - kind of brings the Civil War and the changing periods they've seen to life.

What beautiful pictures! It's also really cool that you found Anne Bronte's grave! I would love to visit this area some time. It sounds like it's really rich in history!

I just love castles. I'm reading For the King's Favor (Henry II) time and I keep trying to picture all the castles. When I played in France and Spain years ago, my favorite spots were the castles we visited. I actually played in one somewhere. Can't remember, I think it was Barcelona..I could be wrong it was so long ago.

I won't read your Mockingjay review until I read it. But I will come back to it. I know what you mean about the reviews. Now with school starting, I think the reviews will be the abbreviated version. LOL
