Can’t believe how early your Christmas do is this year. Ours is at an appropriate 3 days before break up time this year (which is what you can manage when you book in June, instead of our usual November scramble round). I am going to take pictures of our works Christmas tree when it goes up. I chose the decs this year…let us say they are colourful

I’m actually feeling much more Christmasy than I have in a while this year. I like Christmas lights and food and things. It is hard to believe it’s almost here!

I actually really love Christmas, but we tend not to do much decorating around here. Once I move out on my own I think I’ll go insane with the decorations and Christmas songs, though!

We don’t do hardcore decorating either. I will put a few things up just to get in the spirit. I did start getting my Christmas music together and I bought some blank Christmas cards that I may actually manage to send out…

I am looking forward to Christmas this year and to sharing it with my family. I have decided to spoil them a little bit with the gifts and treats, and will be doing some holiday themed outings with them as well. It’s a little emotional for me, as the kids are rapidly approaching the age when they will be on their own, and I am eager to make a few more lasting memories with them and the husband.

It sounds like you had a great trip, and I am glad that the presentation went well, and that you are safely tucked back at home. I hope that you have a really great and productive week ahead, and that you get some wonderful reading done this week!

I love Christmas but I don’t go completely overboard. I am too lazy for that! I did break out some decorations today though and hopefully we’ll get our tree later this week.
