Well, I can tell you where those books came from! Two were review copies from the publishers, one was a review copy kindly shared with me by a friend, two were library books, I bought one new from Amazon, and I bought two used from my favorite charity shop. =)

I have no idea about bookswim, but I always find the library the best place for free books.

I really enjoyed your review on The Last Witch. I know how history can sometimes boggle you down...in a good way. I am tempted to read this after reading your review.
Amazing mass of reading you got through this week. Bravo! Enjoy the great weather.

You read a TON last week! I'm impressed! Makes me hope the baby is a week or so late so that I have a week of nothing to do and can just read, knock out 6-10 books. I'm glad to hear you're liking The Last Witch of Langenburg, I had it out from the library and had to return it unread, but I'm really interested in reading it still.

That is an amazing amount of books read and reviewed! The Last Witch Books looks fascinating (but I totally understand how easy it is to procrastinate on nonfiction books).

How nice that you got some sunny weather! I had no idea what the weather was like in England until we visited a few years ago in the spring. I was shocked at how cold springtime is in England. I hadn't brought gloves with me and the skin on my fingers actually cracked from the cold winds. Of course I was having so much fun seeing the sights I didn't really care. :)

I hope your warm weather lasts for a while!
