		<description><![CDATA[Burnt Shadows is a book I have wanted to read for quite some time now.  This one sounds interesting as well.  I am sorry this wasn&#039;t better for you.  I tend to favor books in which I connect with the protagonist too, although occasionally, I can still enjoy a book without being able to do that.  It isn&#039;t often though.]]></description>
