This sounds like it has some good points, at least. I am sorry it didn’t turn out to be quite as good as you anticipated. It’s so disappointing when that happens.

It sounds like you were really looking forward to reading this, with your school connection to one of the authors; how disappointing for you that the plot didn’t meet your expectations.

Do you know anything about the way it was written, with two authors collaborating? That must set up a whole set of challenges that a single author doesn’t face, I wonder how they split the work!?

It’s so exciting to read that you got to meet and hear the author. It’s too bad the plot wasn’t great, but it sounds like they’re authors to keep an eye on.

Oh that sounds a bit dissapointing. I was looking forward to reading this. Still might. I don’t really like it when
books include a lot of sexual scenes for no apparent reason. Great review!
