I was really worried about the Brisbane/Julia being married thing too, but I think Raybourn tackled it very well! I loved this one too.

I’ve read a few Raybourn books and have loved them. I have heard of this book but not been able to get it. Sounds good.

I just started Book two after finishing book one. Loved the first one! I enjoyed the writing style very much and Lady Julia’s family is such a riot.
