Okay, I skipped the review and read your last paragraph. After rereading The Hobbit and the entire LOTR earlier this year I needed a fantasy break. But these books sound so good!

I hadn’t heard of these books, but they do sound excellent! I am so glad that this book picked up just where the other left off and that you ended up enjoying them so much! Great review!!
