What happened to Edwards? Did he move on to another company or is he enjoying early retirement?

I live painfully close to google headquarters and use many google products so one could say that I’m a fan of the company. I remember taking a career seminar for social justice a couple years ago and one of our speakers was a google employee talking about how google works to promote social justice through corporate responsibility. It was interesting stuff. While I tend to shy away from business stuff (because it is usually totally over my head), this does sound easy enough to get into and incredibly interesting. Thanks for the awesome review! I probably never would have caught this one without it!

Stories of start-ups like Facebook, Yahoo and Google are always fascinating. It’s amazing how some unlikely brainstorm can start in a garage or dorm room and turn into a world influence. BTW does Mr. Edwards reveal any secrets about Google Chrome? Man, that thing is wicked. Had to uninstall it immeditately.

I had considered reading this, but wasn’t sure that I would like it. It sounds as if I most likely would and that it actually tells a compelling story about a very well known company. Thanks for the great and thoughtful review. I am adding this one to my list after reading your thoughts on it.

Your review is very interesting, but I am not sure I could read a whole book on Google.
