I did like that Heath established a reason for Anne deciding to risk her “honor” by sleeping with Tristan, but it’s not as if I need THAT much convincing two people are likely to sleep together. And it really bugged me that this book didn’t pass the Bechdel Test.

I like the premise, and the way regret is used despite the time period, it sounds quite fresh. Though I know what you mean about the stereotype of being told, it can happen but in books it often seems convenient. Yay for finding another “new” author to love

Though it had some slight flaws, it sounds like this is one that I would like, and that’s saying something from someone who doesn’t really read romance novels. I love that each partner is so very different than the other, and that it flows together so nicely. Glad you loved this one!
