This book sounds really, really good to me. I haven't read much of the new urban fantasy that's recently gotten popular, but this one sounds to me like something I would love. I’ve enjoyed the couple I’ve read in this series, but you’re right. It’s not as sexy as some others.

I dark urban fantasy sounds good! I'll remember not to get discouraged at the beginning.
