Nice review! I haven’t posted mine yet, but I agree that it was nice to have Eva’s perspective on Margaret throughout the book. I’m interested in reading more by King.

I read one of her previous books, Lady MacBeth, and just could not get in to it. Perhaps I should give her another go though!

I don’t read a lot of historical fiction and when I do, I tend to want it a little more modern day than this, but you’ve made this one sound awfully appealing.

Ah, this sounds delightful! I know so little about the period of the region at that time but I know it’s supposed to be fascinating. Fun stuff!

I know very little about Scotland and Margaret, and would love the chance to learn a bit more. Though the book does sound a bit slower at times, it also sounds sort of fascinating to me and like something I’d like to check out. Thanks for the awesome review!
