I rather like slow myself when reading but I do sometimes wish a story went on longer too. I have this on the way from the library and will read it nonetheless. Thanks for reviewing it.

The story line really interests me as well. I am just finishing up a really great fantasy fiction titled, "Blood Soup" by Kelly A. Harmon. Will be looking for new book to read. I plan to check this one out.

Too short and too slow…sounds like the author should have stuck with Daniel’s story instead of the present day story. Still, I’m intrigued. I’ll link to your review on War Through the Generations.

I don’t like it when books are too short for you to really get a feel what they were all about, and might stay away from this one because of that. It does sound like a moving account, but the distance that it keeps from the main drama of the Holocaust might also bother me. I am glad to have read your review, but I think I am going to skip this book.
