This sounds fascinating! I think he's right about the way we teach kids being totally wrong - we're teaching them to take the safe path rather than risk failure. I remember reading something about how it’s best to pay in cash to keep from over spending before, seems like sensible advice. I absolutely want to know why Deal or No Deal shows how the brain works – that show is insane, it’s crazy the kind of fan base it’s built up (and spawned that flip a coin and guess for money show on Five).
