It's funny that you mention the love factor and what draws two people together. I'm also reading my first Hoyt at the moment (also sent to me), and unlike other romance novels, am struggling with the "what the heck" factor behind how they even started liking one another. It's interesting that it plays out in this other novel by her. I'll have to check out other reviews to see if this is a common motif.
