I haven't ever heard of this book, and it does indeed sound very interesting to me. I am glad that you ultimately liked it, though some parts seemed to have not really clicked with you. I might be looking for this book in the future, but when I do, I will be keeping your reservations in mind. Thanks for the review – it is nice to read a familiar story from a different point of view or with a slightly different slant. I have this one on my wish list although I think I”m going to wait for the US version this fall because I really do love the cover!
