WOO HOO go Team Peeta!! LOL, but seriously no matter which team you're on (if you're on a team at all) these books are so fabulous in every way. Character, plot, writing....that I can't even verbalize the awesomeness. I can't even believe that we have to wait another yeat until the last book come. I agree – the beginning was slow, but just short of halfway I was absolutely knocked for a loop. Never saw that one coming at all. I’ve now got The Hubster listening to The Hunger games – I think he’s hooked too.

There’s a place in my reading for great writing and there’s also a place for just plain fun and adventure. I have a need for both and freely admit to it.

Totally agree that the beginning was a little slow for me — and that I had no idea where it was going! I guess I should have seen it coming, but… nope! I finished the book at 2 a.m. and after reading that final line, slammed the book shut and tried to sleep. Needless to say, it was hard! Can’t wait for book three either Oh, and I’m TOTALLY Team Peeta — no question!

We can get the great literature somewhere else, lol. I think I'm Team Peeta, but i don't feel a very strong case has been made for Gale thus far.
