I just want to say that I think the ending of shadow kiss was soooooo bogus. Why him!? Why did he have to be them!? 1st Mas now him. I feel so hurt and betrayed as a reader. However, I keep reading.....there might be a silver lining....there has to be...right?

I am not sure this would be the series for me, but I do think that my kids would love them. I have been buying them quite a few of the boarding school vampire type books lately and they have just been gobbling them up. I am glad you liked this series, I will have to look for it!

There's several of these vampire academy-type series out there, and I always get them confused. I think this is the one I have in my TBR pile (?). Not sure, though.

LOL! "if you like YA boarding school stories with vampire romance, and don’t mind some diversions outside of the boarding school, this is a good series for you" sold me! I haven't read any of them.

This is one of my favorite YA vampire series.

I think it is much more creative and well-written than the Twilight series, and I wish it would catch on more with teens than it has. My 15-year-old sister-in-law loves this series and often argues with her Twilight-obsessed friends about it.

I'm looking forward to the next book.
