I have read Howl’s Moving Castle, and enjoyed it a lot. It sounds like this book is even more suited to my tastes and that it would be something that I could easily become engrossed in. I am going to have to check this one out, and I thank you for your very perceptive and thoughtful review!

I have to read this book one of these days. I always sort of thought I had, but the library doesn’t have it. I have read House of Many Ways, though, and that was enjoyable!

I agree that this doesn’t quite live up to Howl’s, but it’s still such a lovely book. Also, you need to read Fire and Hemlock! It’s one of my favourite books ever and I want the whole world to read it
