I almost didn’t get this because I wondered what could possibly be new in it, and was pleasantly surprised. A very good book. I, too, liked Dot. First it seemed strange to blend fact and fiction like that, but that added opinion was a brilliant idea.

Ooh, this looks good. I only recently went back and watched the last season of The Tudors (eh, ok) but found Katherine Parr to be a really fascinating figure. Thanks for a great review!

I’ll have to make a point to read this. I’ve read a bit about Katherine Parr (and even visited her grave site!) — this sounds like a great addition to my Tudor reading.
