I have yet to read anything from Summers, but this book does sounds incredibly compelling. High school is such a strange place and some of the most awful things happen to people there. But in those four years, I grew so much as a person. And if my high school experience was even a teeny tiny bit different, I would be different. I will definitely be adding Summers to my reading list – her books always seem to get rave reviews.

Gosh I must be the last person on earth who has not read Summers. I keep saying I’m going to remedy that … must do it.

Why or why is high school so difficult? This book sounds like it portrays it very well.

Oh, this book sounds like it might be a very troubling read for me because I have two teenagers in the house. I am glad to hear that you liked it, but I am not sure if I would be able to read it without getting a bit antsy.

This sounds really good. I do like high-school reads, probably because it reminds me of my own nerdy days
