Description via the publisher:
CAN A WOUNDED BEAST . . .
Reclusive Sir Alistair Munroe has hidden in his castle ever since returning from the Colonies, scarred inside and out. But when a mysterious beauty arrives at his door, the passions he’s kept suppressed for years begin to awaken.
TRUST A BEAUTY WITH A PAST . . .
Running from past mistakes has taken legendary beauty Helen Fitzwilliam from the luxury of the ton to a crumbling Scottish castle . . . and a job as a housekeeper. Yet Helen is determined to start a new life and she won’t let dust-or a beast of a man-scare her away.
TO TAME HIS MOST SECRET DESIRES?
Beneath Helen’s beautiful façade, Alistair finds a courageous and sensual woman. A woman who doesn’t back away from his surliness-or his scars. But just as he begins to believe in true love, Helen’s secret past threatens to tear them apart. Now both Beast and Beauty must fight for the one thing neither believed they could ever find-a happy ever after.
Thanks to the absolutely wonderful people at Hachette Book Group USA, I have 3 copies of this book to give away! I haven’t read it yet, but I do have it in my possession and think it looks fantastic, and just a little outside the stereotypes (I’m beginning to love books with scarred heroes). Just because I’m backed up with reviewing doesn’t mean you should have to wait!

I read romance for the escape, for the pure joy of a great story. I love the attraction, the conflict the hero/heroine must go through and of course the happy ending.
I am a new follower too.

I still haven’t read her last book in this series, but I wouldn’t object to getting this one.
I’m already subbed.
And I tweeted about the contest.
i read it because usually it just takes me away to parts unknown thanks
I don’t read romance often but, when I do, it’s because I want to read something a little “lighter” than the historical novels which are my favorite. It’s a way to still read about history but without having to think quite as hard (and I don’t mean that to be, in any way, disrespectful!!)
I’m already a follower.

When I read romance, I do it to escape the humdum everyday world and connect with that part of me that longs for the impraticallity of strawberries and champagne for breakfast, and love on a bed of roses each night lol
I read romances to escape. And I love to think about a time of no phones, planes or ‘puters!!!!
Thanks for the giveaway.
I read romance for the characters and different worlds.

I used to read romance by the dozens and somehow got away from it. I would like to start reading romance again.
I read romance to get away from everyday life.
Thanks!
I read romance as an escape to fantasy as I like to see how 2 people with challenges work out all the kinks and problems. That is why I think I like historical romances as they had more cultural barriers and more obstacles.

I would love to read this. I really enjoy escaping into another world.

Like lots of other folks, I read romance for the escape! It’s hard not to feel swept up by a good romance novel. I love the unique, remote settings, too — in my case, usually Victorian England. The only author I’ve completely devoted myself to lately is Lisa Kleypas, and I would love to find someone new to check out! Thanks for the chance!

I read romance because… hmm not sure, I just like to read about the heroine and hero!
Thanks
I love Elizabeth Hoyt! Thanks!
I love to escape into the fantasy world of a well written love story. Where couples fight to be together, love unconditionally, and give me a HEA to look forward to.
I read Romance because it is the one genre that I can get totally lost in.
Besides most of the stories are so sexy!

I used to read only romances and then I got into mystery/thrillers. It’s been a long time since I read a good romance. Maybe too long. I’d love to start with this one.
I love historical roances! I enjoy the courting and the chemistry the two people build in the course of the romance. Plus it’s a nice ecsape from the tedious day to day routine.
I also am now a follower of this blog.
I read historical romances because I love the glamour of them — none of the modern day worries of who’s going to do the dishes or cook the meals, people to do the heavy lifting and the cleaning…
I love happy endings, that’s why I read romances!
I subscribe via google reader, thanks! Elizabeth Hoyt is an amazing author!
I read romances for the happily ever after.
